Regina Barr, an Inver Grove Heights small business owner and resident, was endorsed at the Minnesota House seat in District 52B convention April 2 in Inver Grove Heights.
“As a long-time resident of Inver Grove Heights, I will bring a new voice and a fresh perspective to the Minnesota House of Representatives on behalf of the hard-working residents of my community,” Barr said.
Regina brings extensive leadership experience to the legislature. Her small business helps companies develop the right focus while leveraging their resources effectively to achieve the best outcomes and results. She looks forward to bringing a similar approach to the legislature.
“I will ensure that our district is a great place to live and work, that our students are well prepared to
enter the workforce and that we have the right environment in place to attract great companies to do business here.”
Barr and her husband, Kevin, reside in Inver Grove Heights, where in addition to running her business, she currently serves on the boards of the Breast Cancer Education Association and Minnesota Excellence in Public Service. Barr volunteers her time through a variety of organizations by mentoring college students and up and coming business leaders. District 52B includes Inver Grove Heights, Sunfish Lake, and parts of Mendota Heights and Eagan.
